Bill McGregor

Bill’s business experience spans over 20 years of advertising agency ownership and as International Division President of the third largest worldwide advertising agency network. He has managed representation of both private and public clients in the US, Europe and Latin America.

In 1998, Bill’s Atlanta-based agency, The Criterion Group, Inc. was purchased by Bates Worldwide, listed on the NY and London stock exchanges and the third largest global advertising agency network with 7000 employees in 170 offices in 80 countries. Bill participated with the Board of Directors of Bates USA and was appointed President and Director of Strategic Planning of one of three Bates’ International Divisions.

He is a past Board of Director of the American Advertising Federation’s (AAF) 4th District and has acted as an ADDY Awards judge (AAF), a judge for the Silver Medal Awards (AAF) and a judge for the American Marketing Association (AMA) Awards. Bill served on the Washington DC-based ARDA Board of Directors and on the ARDA Executive Committee. He has been honored by this 3500+ international member association as ARDA’s Leader of the Year. He is an Executive Member of the American Marketing Association.

As Strategic Planning Director, the companies Bill has presided over have been honored with 400+ national and international awards for creative and marketing excellence.

Geoff Graham

Geoff spent 18 years as a corporate business consultant and Partner with Accenture, one of the world’s most prominent providers of business consulting and strategy services with over $25 Billion in annual billings.

Geoff has managed consulting engagements for Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries, specializing in the Communications vertical. Geoff’s expertise included spearheading client acquisition, and overseeing development and retention programs resulting in sophisticated corporate strategic planning. In his capacity as a Partner with Accenture, he successfully delivered business architecture and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions that enabled his clients with increased data-driven insight, ultimately increasing the value of their customer relationships and enhancing the value of their brands. In addition, Geoff has owned and managed multiple franchise operations and learned first-hand the unique skill-set required of today’s entrepreneurs.

His technology background, combined with his CRM, direct marketing, and independent business management experience provides mcgregor | graham the unique ability and expertise to counsel clients in integrated, cross-platform marketing solutions including Digital, Database and Mobile marketing..

Katie Feldhaus

Branding, Social Media, and Account Service

Katie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado (CU), Boulder and her Masters in Marketing from the University of Denver (DU) with summa cum laude honors. The focus of her Master’s Capstone thesis, “The Evolution of Branding and Impact on Value Perception and Consumer Behavior” provides m|g with valuable insights into the most contemporary branding formulas and by extension, cutting-edge psychological and neuroscientific- associated theories.

Aside from managing branding assignments, as Director of Client Services, Katie is ultimately responsible for the administration of all m|g accounts and coordinates the interaction between Client and Agency. In addition, based on her graduate program emphasis on societal communications, Katie directs the strategy and execution of the Agency’s Social Media efforts.

Katie became a vested partner in m|g in 2017.

Scott Meyer

VP, Executive Creative Director

After getting his start at several agencies in Chicago, including FCB and Y&R, Scott spent much of his career at The Integer Group in Denver— a place he helped transform from a relatively unknown shop to a world-class integrated marketing Agency. The Integer Group now has over 1,100 associates in 27 offices across the globe, and is a member of Omnicom Group Inc. and TBWA\ worldwide.

Over a period of 19 years at Integer, Scott was a key contributor in ever-increasing roles from Creative Director to EVP Creative, helping grow the Denver HQ from a team of 150 employees to 550, and the Creative Department from 50 to 165. From 2005-2016, work from Integer’s Creative Department generated over 460 creative industry awards.

Scott’s experience is broad, with particular emphasis in branding and integrated thinking. His Clients have included MillerCoors (brands like Blue Moon, Coors Light, Banquet), Procter & Gamble (Gillette, Tide, Iams, Eukanuba, Bounty, Febreze), Pepsi NEB (IZZE, Naked Juice), Kellogg’s, Hewlett-Packard, Red Robin, Polaris, Johnson & Johnson, and The Denver Art Museum.
